When the European Farmers attempted to ban the use of the word “burger” to be used on any plant-based round shaped patties, I was on my way to making my third batch of burgers with Tofu and Mushrooms, the first batch being ones with Black Beans and Spices, the second batch with Lentils and Spinaches.
